As a long-time resident of Canyon Lake, Texas I can attest to the lack of quality restaurants where you can sit down and enjoy fine dining and partake in culinary excellence. That is why Anchor's Landing Family Restaurant at Canyon Lake, Texas is one of my favorite eating establishments. Proprietors and Chefs, Cindy and Pete Proctor have taken Canyon Lake dining to a new level, creating a spacious restaurant with ambience, delectable dishes and friendly service.
Anchor's Landing Family Restaurant at Canyon Lake, Texas is the perfect end a day of boating on the lake, celebrate a special occasion or bring the family for a nice lunch and there is something on the menu for everyone. From steaks and seafood to sandwiches and ethnic dishes, there is plenty to choose from and you can kick your selection off with a terrific appetizer and cap it off with an amazing dessert...my son's favorite is the Chocolate Volcano! They also offer an extensive wine list with pairing recommendations for the particular entree you select. Ready for a "cold one?" The service is "Texas Friendly" and the owners are ever-present checking on their guests to make sure that they are receiving quality service and food. They will not hesitate to do whatever it takes to make it right if everything is not meeting expectations. This restaurant has great ambience, it is clean, family friendly (check out the children's menu) and offers an all around exceptional dining experience.
